What are the shipping times for your products in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia (and the United States)?

Processing Time: We take 1–2 business days to process your order.
Delivery Time (after processing):

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
  • Ireland: 5–8 business days
  • Australia: 7–12 business days
  • United States: 5–9 business days

During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes! Tracking is available once your order ships.
If you need help with your tracking, email us 2 days after placing your order at support@iconvan.us and we’ll share the details.

Some items are missing from my order. What happens?

Items may ship separately based on availability and warehouse location.
If your order contains products from multiple warehouses, you may receive more than one parcel. The remaining items should arrive shortly after.

I’ve received a damaged item. What can I do?

We’re sorry for the trouble.
Please email a photo of the damaged item (and your order number) to support@iconvan.us. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after purchase?

You have 1 hour after placing the order to request an address change.
Email support@iconvan.us with the correct address and your order number.
After this window, we can’t guarantee changes.

My order is delayed—what should I do?

Delays can happen due to courier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, bulky items, or customs checks.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 calendar days after the shipping date, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Contact support@iconvan.us.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
